Torvald Bohlin

Chairman of the board, born 1950, elected 2012
Torvald has nearly 40 years of experience from leading executive positions in Swedish and international business. His positions have mostly been the CFO, CEO, Chairman or board-member of companies primarily in media, IT, telecommunications and financial services. Torvald has, among other positions, been the CEO and board member of Aftonbladet (media), Senior Executive VP of the Telia Group (telecom), Chairman of Com Hem (triple-play) and Eniro (search and directories), CEO and board member of Neonet (financial services) and board member of Tradedoubler (digital marketing). He has also been a boardmember of industry and employers organizations. As CEO or Chairman, he has been responsible for a number of acquisitions and divestments, capital raisings and IPOs of companies both in Sweden and abroa. Since 2006, Torvald is mainly active as an investor and board member of growth companies, primarily in IT and telecom. He is also a Senior Advisor at the Swedish corporate finance firm Sundström & Partner. Torvald Bohlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Linköping in Sweden.

Gunnar Lerjestad

Board member, born 1960, elected 2011
Gunnar Lerjestad has over 10 years of experience in the IT security field. Mr. Lerjestad was General Manager in the Nordic region for Baltimore Technologies and was in the management team at Protect Data. Mr. Lerjestad has 25 years of experience in the IT industry working for industry leaders such as IBM, Siemens and Tech Data. Mr. Lerjestad has a successful track record with ventures, where he has taken start-ups to international markets and IPOs. Currently Gunnar Lerjestad works with several new ventures as an investor, board member and also as interim CEO. Mr. Lerjestad is one of the founders of Stockholms Affärsänglar (STOAF).

Fredrik Runnquist

Board member, born 1947, elected 2011
Fredrik Runnquist graduated as MSc from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and holds a BSc in Economics, Stockholm University. His career includes being Business CIO at Ericsson and Head of IT at Sweden Post and Swedbank. Fredrik is now working as an investor and is on several Advisory boards as well as Board positions. He is also chairman of the Swedish Computer Society (www.dfs.se) and co-author of the book "IT and Leadership – Do IT Right"(www.itandleadership.com).

Joakim Thorén

Board member, born 1973, elected 2007
Joakim Thorén has worked in management positions for major IT security and smart card companies in Europe and in the US. He has been part of several start-ups that have all done successful exits. Mr. Thorén is the CEO and President at Versatile Security and is one of the founders of Versatile Security. Mr. Thorén holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden.
